The project for the new pedestrian bridge over the River Piave, is needed to connect the two banks with a functional and safe bridge that ensures minimal impact on the surrounding nature. Our project aims to give a greater response to the theme of the footbridge seen as a mere connection of two points. From the first concept we felt it was essential to provide the bridge with a wider combination of functional and symbolic contents. It has been our goal to develop a project that has also a social value for the community and may also become a ‘business card’ and an attraction to the river Piave, given the quality of places and the beauty of the view that you can enjoy from his vantage point.
