The volume of the building is designed directly from the analysis of the urban context. The new auditorium interacts with the urban space and it changes its scope to accommodate new functions for the citizens. The front facade flexes bending in order create a large public square, as well as on the north side, retraction of the facade generates a wide staircase for outdoor shows. Functionally, the building consists of a ground floor with main entrance and foyer which overlooks the square, the main hall on two levels, spaces for performers and accessory spaces such as warehouses and stores. The first floor leads to the gallery of the hall and to the offices.
