The lack of a recognizable architecture and the lack of a hierarchy of functions now make it impossible for the perception of this part of the city as a true center. The fragmentation of functions and spaces does not allow today to find then a physical center but mostly you feel the lack of a place recognized as central to its functions. The project therefore has the objective of creating a space in which people can finally recognize their own identity, that of their own country and for the future to generate synergies and interactions typical of a true urban center. The architecture for the new City Hall will have to combine the need for a functional space, as required by the needs of the municipality, with those of a symbolic space; it will be the result of a truly ethical architecture.
