Bliss, fine food and wine store.
The building that houses the Bliss store has a historical and monumental value that had to be preserved. To do so we kept intact all the elements that characterize the facades and insert new elements that keep the harmony of the project.
Working on such an elegant and refined project gave us the opportunity to do what we are known for. We care about details and we wanted to show it.
When the consumer passes through the entrance of the shop, he can easily perceive the mastery of the interiors. For example, on the ground floor when you step on the first commercial portion, you can glimpse in the distance the winery area. This space is dedicated to the sale and tasting of all alcoholic products, it is a separate section of the store not only in a spatial sense but also over time, in fact the consumer will face this section more patiently due to a sense of intimacy. But every part of the store has this level of attention to detail, for example we also studied the design of the furnishings in order to let the customer independently consult the individual labels.
This is why we know that it is not all about the architecture, the customer experience took a big role on this project.
The customer journey inside the store meets the different food sectors along a path with self-service displays and served counters. In this store, shopping is not just a necessity, it becomes a journey.
After passing the entrance of the shop, the consumer is set into the first commercial portion, which we designed so that the view was as wide as possible and the customer could comprehend the various parts that make up the sales area.
This is a unique place that will play a leadership role in the retail scene in Chisinau, the capital of the Country.
